The Xavier Club Baseball team finished up thier spring season last weekend falling twice to the NKU Norse. After jumping out to a fast 4-0 start in confrence the musketeers did not play well down the stretch dropping 7 of their last 8 confrence games to finish 5-7 in the division, good for 3rd place. It was a tough way to finish out the season but the musketeers can look to a few bright spots this spring that showed the progress of the club. The 2009 spring squad played by far the best team defense of any musketeer team in the history of the club. 

 The club only graduates 1 starter and is optimistic about their chances next year under the ledership of Chris Collins, Brenden Regan, Joe D'Agostino and Jeff Benhase. Check out the team information tab if you are a student interested in playing next year for more information.
